Cooling Systems

Cooling Technology's Cooling Systems include an insulated tank, pumping system and controls as well as the heat transfer system. These units are custom designed can can be open, closed-loop and dry.

Traditional Tower System Cooling Technology’s Open Loop Cooling Tower System is an open-loop system that provides for good heat transfer and stable plant operation. The system includes; an Induced draft, cross flow type tower, a Pump/tank station, process pump, and a NEMA 4 electrical panel mounted on the pump/tank station.  Premium System Protection Custom-engineered for each application, Cooling Technology’s Closed Loop Cooling Tower System is far and away the safest method of process cooling. Because the CTS-CL Series completely isolates process water from the tower water, process equipment is completely protected from contamination.The system includes; an Induced draft, cross flow type tower, a Pump/tank station, process pump, and a NEMA 4 electrical panel mounted on the pump/tank station and a plate and frame or shell and tube heat exchanger. A Completely Sealed System (Dry) Custom-engineered for each application, Cooling Technology’s DFCS Series Dry Type Fluid Cooling System consists of a Fluid Cooler along with our WT Series Pump/Tank Station and all the necessary piping and controls

 

Chillers

Central Air Cooled from 30 to 140+ Tons Cooling Technology's Central Air Cooled Chiller is designed for either indoor or outdoor locations.  The CCA line features a remote air cooled condenser, a screw compressor and a shell and tube evaporator.  Its compact design and open frame reduces floor space requirements.  The CCA model is designed for use with a remote pump/tank station.  The CCA line of chillers are available in 30 to 140 ton capacities.

Central Water-Cooled Chiller from 20 to 400 Tons Cooling Technology's Central Water Cooled Chiller is designed for either indoor or outdoor locations.  The CCW line features a screw compressor (CCW-40 semi-hermetic reciprocating) and a shell and tube evaporator and condenser.  Its compact design and open frame reduces floor space requirements.  The model is designed for use with a remote pump/tank station.  The CCW line of chillers is available in 40 to 140 ton capacities.
